Q. Why should I shop in KSJ webstore?
A. KSJ Global Sdn Bhd is one of the Malaysia's most diversified hardware supply company. Its specializes in wide range of hardware supply service. We also provide professional sourcing service to help you source the items you require, no matter it is a heavy or light industrial hardware, safety marine product or chemical product.

Q. My company requires a quotation, can you provide us with one?
A. You can email to admin@hardware2u.com.my , we will forward the email to the respective salesperson to follow up.

Q. Where are your locations?
A. You can find the addresses of all our trade centres and offices at the "Locate Us" page.

Q. Do you do roadshow?
A. Occasionally, we do organise roadshow, you can check our "Promotions" page for ongoing promotions.

Q. Do you do delivery?
A. Yes, we do delivery, you can read more about delivery related issues under our "Delivery/Self Collection" section in this FAQ.

Q. Do you do installation?
A. No, We do not provide any installation service.
 

Account

Q. Do I need an account to order?
A. No, You can directly email us for the enquiry and we will reply you as soon as possible. If you confirm order you can bank in to our company bank account and we will proceed to deliver the item to your door.


Product

Q. What is the currency used on your webstore, does it include GST?
A. The price listed in our webstore is in Malaysia Ringgit and is not  inclusive of GST.

Q. Is there any price difference for products displayed online and for products found in your trade centres?
A. The price remains the same throughout all our trade centres and webstore but not restricted to, periods of promotions, either online or offline.

Q. We cannot find certain item from your webstore, do you have it?
A. You can email to admin@hardware2u.com.my. We always try our best to sources for item that require by our customer no matter what item is or not in our product range, we can find it for you.

Q. An item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
A. You can call our webstore hotline at 1700-818831 or email to admin@hardware2u.com.my to enquire.


Online Ordering

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can either place your order by our webstore at www.hardware2u.com.my or issue purchase order and email or fax to us.

Q. What are the required steps to order?
A.
  1. Select the product that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity or remove items once they are in your cart.
  2. Click checkout once you have added all desired product(s).
  3. Enter your delivery address, select the deliver timing and click next. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are done!
  4. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.
Q. What is the minimum amount for KSJ webstore's purchase?
A. We do not have a minimum order amount, but kindly note that order under RM800 is subjected to delivery charge.

Q. What are the payment modes available?
A. We accept online banking transfer, cheque or cash.

Q. What if the item(s) runs out of stock after I have ordered or made payment?
A. We will send an email or call you to keep you posted on the item(s) availability. If the item(s) is no longer available and there is no suitable alternative, KSJ reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

 
Delivery / Self Collection

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We currently deliver only to addresses within whole Malaysia.

Q. How much is the delivery fee?
A. Delivery fees depends on location and the size of the item.

Q. I wish to self collect, can you waive off the delivery fee?
A. Upon Checkout, choose self collection under the delivery method to have your delivery fee waived.

Q. Can I request the date and time of delivery?
A. Our delivery team will call you prior to the delivery, you can arrange with them.

Q. What do I do if I have changes to my order?
A. You may call our webstore hotline at 1700-818831 or email to admin@hardware2u.com.my . Kindly state your order number. Order changes may prolong the delivery schedule.

However:
* Custom made products such as paint will not be eligible for changes.
