The LUBRIPLATE FMO-AW Series of Lubricants was developed to meet the ever-increasing demands of pressure, speed and temperature that are placed on modern food machinery. These premium food machinery lubricants are formulated with non-toxic, USP white mineral oils and are fortified with anti-oxidants, corrosion inhibitors, anti-wear agents and foam suppressants.

Multi-purpose high-strength adhesive and sealant
Multi-purpose, permanently elastic, fast-curing and high-strength 1-C adhesive and sealant based on SMP. Neutral curing, entirely weather-resistant, very low emissions and odour as well as free of silicone, isocyanate and solvents.

Acetoxy curing | drinking water approval
WEICON Silicone LP is an acetoxy curing and permanently elastic adhesive and sealant. It is resistant to chemicals, ageing, weathering and UV radiation as well as to temperatures up to +180°C C (+356°F).
 
It adheres very well to steel, aluminium, glass, plastics and many other materials.

Highly pure mineral oil | NSF registration

WEICON Bio-Fluid is a medically pure white oil containing no resins or acids which was specially developed for lubrication and care. It is water-clear, free of solvents, odourless and tasteless and water-repellent. It has excellent capillary action and an NSF registration.

Cleaning, care and protection in sensitive areas

Stainless Steel Care Spray was specially formulated for the cleaning, protection and care of brushed, matt and polished stainless steel surfaces in sensitive areas.

The special spray can be used in the food and beverage industry, in canteen kitchens as well as in the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

High-temperature grease | NSF approval

WEICON Spray-on Grease H1 is an odourless and tasteless grease that has been specially formulated to meet the requirements of the food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industry. It is high-temperature-resistant and has an NSF registration.

Adhesive Lubricant for sensitive areas | NSF registration

WEICON Top-Lube-Fluid is a special adhesive lubricant and has an NSF registration for the foodstuffs sector, which means it can be used in the food and beverage industry and in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

Special sliding agent and lubricant for sensitive surfaces | NSF registration

WEICON Silicone-Fluid is a special, physiologically harmless sliding agent and lubricant for sensitive areas. It has an NSF H1 approval for the food industry, and can therefore be used in the food and beverage industry and in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

Dry lubricant for sensitive areas | NSF registration

WEICON PTFE-Fluid is a special dry lubricant with strong anti-adhesive effect, and has an NSF registration for the food industry. Therefore, it can be used in the food and beverage industry and in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

Cleaner and degreaser for sensitive areas | NSF registration

WEICON Fast Cleaner has an NSF registration for the food industry and can therefore be used as a cleaning and degreasing agent for the removal of contamination generated within the scope of maintenance works and for the removal of non-cured adhesive residues in the food industry, in the food and beverage

WEICON Rust Loosener Fluid is physiologically harmless and has an NSF registration for the food industry. Therefore, it can be used in the food and beverage industry and in the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industries.

Dow corning 732 general purpose silicone adhesive/sealant (specified) is a one-component adhesive and sealant that cures at room temperature when exposed to moisture in the air via an acetoxy cure system. Dow Corning 732 is non-sag and has a paste consistency, easy to apply, it cures to a tough, flexible rubber and has good adhesion to many different substrates.
