PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Permatex® Hi-Temp RTV Silicone Gasket is a single component, room temperature vulcanizing gasketing compound designed to provide reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets for mechanical assemblies. This material cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a tough, flexible, silicone rubber gasket.

CVS® 4507 is a square braided packing manufactured from PTFE fibers that are blended with high-purity graphite, and impregnated with PTFE dispersion and a special lubricant.

Description
Resimac 205 Ceramic HT (High Temp Hydrocarbon Immersion) Fluid is a 2 component solvent-free, epoxy novolac coating. The product has been designed to be applied to process equipment, pipelines, and structures subject to erosion and corrosion.

BIRKOSIT Description
BIRKOSIT Dichtungskitt® is a single-component, paste luting agent/sealing material for industrial use wherever conditions of temperature combined with pressure on smooth; plane sealing surfaces (butt joints) make extreme demands on the quality of the sealing compound.

The set is ideal for the emergency repair of defective and damaged pipes and pipelines. It comprises one WEICON Repair Stick Multi-Purpose, a special repair tape made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic, assembly instructions and one pair of protective gloves. The repair tape is soaked with a special resin and is activated by contact with water.

High-temperature-resistant
The high temperature resistance makes it possible to bond and seal components needing to be subsequently thermal-coated (powdercoated).

WEICON Flex 310 M HT 200 can be used in metal construction, tank and apparatus engineering, in ventilation and air conditioning systems, carriage, container, wagon and vehicle construction.

Neutral curing | fungicidal

WEICON Silicone N is free of solvents, neutrally vulcanizing, strong, permanently elastic, resistant to weathering, ageing and chemicals, temperature-resistant up to +180 °C (+356 °F), extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 550%) and can be used universally.

Extremely resistant against oil and grease

WEICON Black-Seal Adhesive and Sealant is black, high-temperature-resistant (+280°C/+536°F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressureresistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 500%).

High-temperature-resistant | acetoxy-curing
WEICON HT 300 Adhesive and Sealant is red, high-temperature-resistant (+300°C/+572°F), free of solvents, strong and acetoxy curing. It is resistant to weathering, ageing and chemicals and is extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 300%).

Acetoxy curing | drinking water approval
WEICON Silicone LP is an acetoxy curing and permanently elastic adhesive and sealant. It is resistant to chemicals, ageing, weathering and UV radiation as well as to temperatures up to +180°C C (+356°F).
 
It adheres very well to steel, aluminium, glass, plastics and many other materials.

Acetoxy curing | fungicidal
WEICON Silicone A is solvent-free, acetoxy-curing, strong, permanently elastic, resistant to ageing and chemicals, temperature-resistant up to +180 °C (+356 °F), extremely elastic (breaking elongation >700%) and can be used universally. Silicone A adheres very well to steel, aluminium, glass, ceramics, and many other materials.

Wear-resistant | titanium-filled | high-temperature-resistant up to +280 °C (briefly up to +300 °C)

It is suited for the permanent and wear-resistant repair and bonding of metal parts such as tanks and pipelines, aluminium, light metal and injection moulded parts, shafts and slide bearings, pumps and housings and torn-out threads.

High-temperature grease | NSF approval

WEICON Spray-on Grease H1 is an odourless and tasteless grease that has been specially formulated to meet the requirements of the food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industry. It is high-temperature-resistant and has an NSF registration.

Dry lubricant

WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is a grease-free, dry lubricant with pressure and temperature resistance from -200 °C (-392 °F) to +450 °C (+842 °F), briefly up to 500 °C (932 °F). The layer repels dust, dirt and water, resists oils, greases and many chemicals and adheres to metals, plastics and wood surfaces.

WEICON Top-Lube is a synthetic, transparent adhesive lubricant for the permanent lubrication of all types of highly stressed mechanical parts.

WEICON Easy-Mix HT 250 is a 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin with a high temperature resistance up to +200 °C; briefly up to +250 °C.

The 2-C epoxy resin system shows particularly high adhesion to metals and fibreglass.

WEICON Easy-Mix HT 180 is a 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin with high temperature resistance up to +180 °C (+356 °F); short-term up to +230 °C (+446 °F).

The adhesive is highly viscous and stable which also makes it suitable for vertical applications.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is a metal-free, kneadable 2-component compound. The product can be used for various purposes.

pasty | mineral-filled | impact-resistant

The epoxy resin system WEICON Ceramic W provides high wear protection and high abrasion resistance. It is chemical-resistant and has a high temperature resistance up to +200 °C (+392 °F); for a short period of time even up to +260 °C (500 °F).

Ceramic W is non-sagging, can be spread with a spatula.

pasty | steel-filled | high-temperature-resistant briefly up to +280 °C

WEICON HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature-resistant up to +200 °C (392 °F) (up to 280 °C/536 °F for a short period of time). It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1.

pasty | titanium-filled | temperature-resistant up to +260 °C (+260 °C) short-term

WEICON TI has high pressure resistance and very resistant to chemicals. It is suitable especially for repair of pumps, valves, wearing plates, ball bearing seats, shafts, and propellers as well as for lining pump housings, slide bearings, etc.

The epoxy resin system WEICON Ceramic HC 220 provides high abrasion resistance and serves as wear protection for heavily used surfaces. It is temperature-resistant up to +220 °C, flowable, ceramic-filled, resistant to chemicals and has a high adhesive strength.
