Surface Application

Norchem OS 238 Osphos is an acidic based metal treatment and rust preventive for treating clean and lightly rusted steel and metal surfaces prior to painting.
When applied, Osphos will chemically impart and change the applied surface into a phosphate film which acts as a rust preventive and paint-base coat for better paint adhesion.

Intended Uses
Quick Build Surfacer is a versatile three-component fast drying polyurethane primer for use in quick and sanded schemes while maintaining an outstanding Awlgrip finish.
Using just six colored bases, Quick Build Surfacer can closely match any topcoat color and greatly reduces the number of coatings required to produce an Awlgrip finish.

Intended Uses
Flattening Agent G3013 reduces the gloss of Awlgrip or Awlcraft 2000 Urethane Topcoats to a flat or semi-gloss finish.

Preferred application is by spray. Roller application will provide more uniform gloss than brushing. Awlcraft 2000 cannot be brushed or rolled.

Sprayon WL942 Wet Weld Spatter Protectant is a liquid anti-spatter that keeps welding tips and nozzles clean and prevents weld spatter adhesion. Does not contain silicone and will not interfere with post decorating. WL942 does not contain methylene chloride.

Uses:
Contact tips, weldments, electrode holders, fixtures, resistance welding tips and wheels.
