Description

Formulated from synthetic fluid and fibers plus inert fillers and a high percentage of ground PTFE particles for performance over a wide temperature range. EZY-PAK #115 is ideal for preventing leaks while lowering the torque required to operate the valve.

Applications

EZY-PAK #115 can be pumped using a high pressure lubricator, or may be formed by hand into any void requiring a packing compound.

Excellent for use with hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, brine, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, water and steam.

EZY-PAK #115 is an injectable packing that can be pumped into the stem gland of expanding gate valves through ball check fittings on the body or bonnet. EZY-PAK #115 can also be shaped by hand and pressed into any area requiring leak-free seal or packing.

Not recommended for oxygen service.
